Ok, so I know I was fairly cryptic yesterday. Let me go into a little backstory. many moons ago, I made a few videos about my voice work and the amazing products in my store. If you still haven't bought something, you should be ashamed of yourself. when making those videos, I knew the general idea I wanted to convey but I never had a script and didn't edit the content to make it more seamless. The other day, I wanted to make a little longer video and there were some very specific things I wanted to talk about. I decided I needed a script. While I was contemplating that idea, I thought to myself, self, how am I going to read this without holding a paper or keep eye contact with the camera. I know, I need a teleprompter! That quickly got me thinking, are there teleprompter apps for the iPad? Lo and behold, there are! I started some research to try and see how they work. I found a couple that are voice-activated so they follow along as you read. That's when it hit me! I started experimenting with a couple apps. I found one that works really well for what I wanted. This is where the magic happened. Once again, I thought to myself, self, what would happen if I put my narration projects on the teleprompter? So, that's what i did. I tried a very short test. It seemed veryeffectivee. Normally ahalf-hourr block of text can take around two hours to record. The way I have done it in the past was to read a digital copy off my iPad like an e-reader. This morning I had some time and wanted a longer test. The segment that I recorded this morning was about 25 minutes long and only took me about 50 minutes to record.  I am very excited by the possibility that recording this way will cut my recording time in half! Granted I've only recorded one story at this point. I hope that this process will continue to speed up my recording. I did end up buying the app to be able to load more than one section at a time and to be able to use the teleprompter for more than 3 minutes. I felt that the $30 one-time price was more than worth it. That's all for now. FYI, while I do frequently use AI to make my posts a little longer and more engaging, this one was 100% written by me.

I may have inadvertently come across a potential solution that could aid me in my narration projects. Despite not having had the opportunity to test it out yet, I am optimistic that it could potentially enable me to narrate more efficiently. This newfound discovery has sparked a glimmer of hope within me, as I anticipate that it may streamline my narration process and allow me to work at a faster pace. I am eager to explore this possibility further and see how it can positively impact my work. The prospect of enhancing my narration speed through this newfound resource is both exciting and promising.
